My overall rating is 2.5 stars. I had huge expectations from this movie but I am very much disheartened as it didn't even came close to my expectations. First and foremost I am a huge fan of Loki universe and fan of Lokesh but this is the weakest film done by him. Actually after watching this film I realised that Lokesh has now formulated a formula that is make a multi star cast film so that audience get attracted to go the threaters to watch the film. In simple words it is a very average film from my perspective. The only positives of this film is hero worship that is properly done in order to cater Rajnikant's fans as it the only character which is well written and pulled up by the legendary actor apart from Rajni sir's character the other character which is well written is Soubin's character i.e. Dayal. The last positive thing about the whole film is the music done Anirudh. Now coming the negatives- First and foremost Lokesh wasted Nagarjuna. I went to watch coolie only to witness his character I am very disheartened as I am one of his biggest fan. I thought he will make his character an iconic one and it will be a great tussle between hero and villain. Apart from style and swag there is nothing in his character and he also got very less screen time. Even Lokesh didn't justify the song 'I am the danger' as in the film he was totally in danger due to Rajni sir's character. Even Bhavani's character from the movie Master and Santhanam's character from Vikram were well written as compared to Simon's character.In the same way he wasted Upendra by putting him in just two scenes. For these two characters Lokesh could bring any actor from the industry rather than wasting talents of these two legends. Lastly he made one unnecessary cameo of Aamir khan which was useless and no way near to Surya's cameo in Vikram. Lastly, the action choreography is also very basic nothing extraordinary. So from my perspective it is a one time watch for die hard Rajnikanth's fans as it is a very average film and weakest work of Lokesh. Even Leo was better.

So,I watched the series twice- once alone and another time with my family and I can say it's actually one of the best crime thriller series in India. The way Kolkata is being captured and forecasted is top notch, as a Bengali I feel proud as unlike other hindi films, the director didn't potray Begali typically like someone who always want to have fish or someone who is engrossed with either politics and loves football. All those elements are there in the series but in authentic fashion. The strongest part of the series is the character dynamics. Each and every actor portrayed their character as accurately as possible. Even though the story is fictional but as it is based on real life incidents which occurred in Bengal so, we as audience who live in Bengal can relate some of the characters to some real life people. Lastly, Jeet and Prosenjit just nailed the show along with Ritwick and Adil and I can asure it will be a fun ride for those who will watch the series and it's a treat for Bengali audience just like me.

I don't know why this movie got such a low rating as it was genuinely a fun ride for action movie lovers like me. It gave me a mix of John Wick, Extraction and Raid vibe which are combined together and the result is Carter. The action choreography of this particular film is top notch and as I watched many Korean action films and why this movie stands out bcoz of the usage of camera work throughout the action sequences and bgm just transformed the scenes to next level. Overall in 10 pointers scale it should get a rating of around 7.5.

Overall it's a good action crime drama which the audience can watch in threaters. The basic plot is simple with a few twists and turns in the second half. The main pros of the day movie are acting, script and decent action sequences which is achieved with a very small budget in bengali film industry and as a bengali I am totally proud of this movie to go to pan India. Lastly hats off to Jeet sir who believes in total mass entertainment movies and only one who is making these kinda movies in Bengal.
