Who writes this? For example...How do you have all of this intelligence to capture international criminals, and they send 3 or 4 people to an incident for the ones you went there for and then they get away on foot or in a vehicle with no drone or helicopter in the area to follow( No back up)?....The foot chase has us as viewers fatigued. Or is the show for those that like to be spoon fed?
