Amber College

I loved this movie. Had me in tears in the end as I lost my dad only two years ago. I enjoyed watching the girls learn to understand each other, especially since one was a step sister but raised as just a sister, something my did with my brothers. I enjoyed the quietness of the movie with the topic it was covering, plus the nursery rhyme at end just felt so in tune with the movie, especially the joke about Daddy duck (I was crying and found myself trying to laugh through the tears). I’d rewatch this over again, especially for Dad’s monologue at the end, thinking he had suddenly had the energy to speak closely with all of his daughters close to him.
