There has been many times in my life that I have been let down by movie adaptations. This might have been the worst. They did not truly capture the characters and their story. The whole time I had to keep telling myself that this was just some random movie so I did not stay upset. They did not do the story line justice. It felt very thrown together and rushed. Not capturing the true beauty of this story. Every detail besides the names held no comparison to the book. They did not touch on so many important plots to the story. I was just very disappointed. I will say the people they chose to play these parts were good if they would have got the story right. There was also moments that were funny so that was good. However, overall the movie was a massive disappointment.
