Loved the setup. But the ending was so bad it ruined the whole movie.

So slow and boring it’s almost unwatchable. Hated it. Why are we always glorifying the mob and other cruel, evil men.

Quirky fun movie set in my favorite part of the world. Loved it.

Good misdirection at the beginning but the ending is way too convenient and saccharine.

I’m addicted to this show right now. Great acting, plots, scenery, characters. If you like mysteries you should like this.

I don’t get all of the praise. A mediocre movie with bad acting in the two lead roles.

Interesting characters. A quiet plot. I enjoy watching slices of lives and cultures different than mine so I enjoyed it. Suggest you read the Robert Ebert review for great insight into this movie. I saw another review that claimed the female writer was emotionally frigid but I saw no sign of that. She argues with her father because he picks fights her husband is a self centered prick.

Good for it’s time but now feels very dated and over the top. I found some scenes completely unbelievable.
