Mildly entertaining but it has one major flaw. Carter manages to get the ancients' ship to work, and, since O'Neill has the ancient gene tag in his DNA. The two of them fight a Goa'uld mother's hip until the only weapon is depleted. They get lucky when it hits a vital spot, thereby destroying the mothership. However, they both knew that the ship was designed to go through the Stargate, but at the end of the episode, there's no further mention of the ship, while the team steps through the Stargate to return to SGC. Totally lame episode overall

Complete waste of time. I had forgotten how cheesy the effects were, not to mention the horrible acting! It's not possible to give anything a zero star review, or that's what I would do in this case. It's so bad that it should be considered a terrible comedy!

Nobody has or ever will have a voice like Roy's. I have listened to his music for at least 50 years now...He reached his peak in my opinion when he took part in the creation of George Harrison's concept...Travelling Wilburys with the great Jeff Lynne and all the other wonderful musicians in his performance on stage at the now defunct Cocoanut Grove ! His voice toward the end was almost heavenly. George Harrison was always my favorite Beatle who would have an idea, then let others run with it..a truly awesome and humble man, which is how I have always judged Roy Orbison. He will be sorely missed.

One of my all time favorite shows. It's quirky and funny. Acting is first rate, and, the plot lines are definitely original. Sure, there are many goofs during filming that weren't edited out, but that doesn't take anything away from a great classic dramedy. I'm especially fond of the Chris Steven's character with his obsession with flinging objects with a catapult! The first time this is addressed is when he wants to fling a cow, until someone points out that Monty Python already did that...he's crushed and dejected until Maggie loses her house in a fire. Amid the rubble, he finds her charred piano and has an epiphany.! When it went off the air, I bought the entire series including the original first season which came in a padded zippered parka case with a little silver moose as the zipper pull! Unfortunately, the following seasons were never available in this unique packaging...oh well. I still watch this series every couple years and reminisce.

Showed real potential at the start, but Alex continually makes poor decisions that are self-defeating and contrary to what she needs to do. I suppose that makes it realistic, and I'm not looking for a stupid fairytale everything will be great ending, but this series just ends up being depressing! Granted the lead actress does a tremendous job of playing the role, but it's just not uplifting or feel-good as far as I'm concerned. Many others will disagree on this, it's just my opinion.

I wanted to like this series, and, at first it showed promising. However, I am sick and tired of seeing screenwriters who have no clue about the structure of our language! They constantly use the wrong pronouns and adverbs...one example would be when one character says to the other "they want to use you and I" for something" when it should be "you and me" as in us instead of we! Nobody with a firm knowledge of the English language would ever say "us will do something " or "it will be done by we"! These writers need to go back to school anywhere except for the California public school system, where unfortunately they will never learn anything except that if they can play sports, they will not need to learn anything to get a high school diploma because they will be given one based solely on the merit of their athletic abilities! So sad for me when I paid attention in class and got my diploma strictly on merit!

One of the best movies I've seen in ages...sure, it is kinda clichéd to some people, but it has a quality that other movies of this type don't quite manage to convey. Professional reviewers didn't give it much praise, but they obviously have never experienced the intense bond of a person and a dog. Too sad for young children to watch.,so just be forewarned. I have always been a fan of racing, and from personal experience on the track, it's hard to beat a Ferrari!!

I loved the original version and I wanted to love this one but unfortunately it has Dwayne Johnson in it. Nearly anyone else would have been fine. I just can't stand "the rock" He can't act and never could! He should have stuck to the fake wrestling thing. The rest of the cast members were great!
