Imagine if the Fiends from Fallout New Vegas were stuck in a vault with Instatute Scientists from fallout 4. If I were the scientists I'd take the Ceaser's Legion approach if you know what I mean. The 2 main characters are if you were to kidnap Spongebob and Patrick. Boil all of their likable and redeemable qualities, then make them horny and high all of the time. One good thing about the film is the soundtrack and a few of the jokes but it still doesn't make up for this dumpster fire.
