As a big fan of the series I'd say this is the weakest of the 4. I was hoping for some more action with The Chameleon, instead we only got 1 big fight and honestly it felt very 1 sided. The movie felt more focused on the drama than the fight scenes. Had its really good chase scene but overall I felt that the animation at times was doing too much and it took away from the story.
