Borderlands 3 has lied repeatedly about the great gear you will get. The lack of legendary weapons is extended to the Sanctuary gold weapons chest (none) I hoped the newest DLC would finally fix this. Nope it failed to render any weapons better than the current inventory in my backpack. Not sure who is programming this game but it is no longer fair or exciting. Will not fall for the promises offered for further DLCs. Gold Keys are not worth entering the codes. No legendary weapons, no new levels, no new creative outside the box thinking that used to come with borderlands. Sucks!
