I'm not sure about the rating but as plots go, this show has horrible development. With short seasons having like 7 episodes each, they try to do what rtte did having building characters as the story progresses but failed miserably. The plot doesn't have a specific goal, wanting to explore the realms, protecting the secret of dragons and saving them. Most of the season is filled with filler and side tracks from those goals to build their character. Most of the problems they faced is just cause from the same thing repeatedly, its like they never learn from before.
