Alex went above and beyond when I came in to get my tire replaced. He was very attentive and came out numerous times to update me and let me know what was going on and what they were going to do next. You rarely get that these days! I highly suggest bringing your car to Mavis in Beacon, NY and seeing Alex!! 10/10
