I personally don’t get why this show gets so much hate. If it’s because people think it’s going against Stephen Hillenburg’s wishes, he knew about this spin off before he passed away. (I looked it up.) He just passed away before it premiered. I disapprove of the fact that it changes the canon, i.e, Sandy and SpongeBob didn’t meet until they were adults, but it’s still a fun show to watch. The fact that it changes the canon storyline for SpongeBob’s adulthood is why I didn’t give it five stars. It’s an adorable show otherwise.

I have been a SpongeBob fan for twenty years and I’ve got to say this game is a big hit! It is a bit better than Battle for Bikini Bottom for fans of that game. The only downside is how easy it is to get lost when venturing through each world. By that meaning finding your way.

I cried twice during this film. A delight for dog lovers like me.

The Bye Bye Man himself should have appeared more than he did to make it more suspenseful. You see him less than four times.
