Not only is this a good movie. It reminds me of a time lost not so far in the past , when a days work could be your ticket to a good life. But, also on the other hand a days hard work on the other side of the tracks could prove to be just as if not more profitable. I was staying at the hotel where some of the scenes were shot. We were only inconvenienced for a week while they did the scenes. Was really cool to see the street transformed into 1953' Hamtramck. " Those were the days" all the beautiful cars and plentiful big three jobs !! I definitely wouldn't have found this gem of a movie if I hadn't been in the situation but am thankful I was. Just really surprised it wasn't played outside of HBO max. If you've not gotton the chance to enjoy I would highly suggest that you do
