Have only read 1/3 but this book is as great as Richard Powers' "The Overstory," and that is really saying something. Robinson's acumen, breadth of knowledge, imaginative combinations of characters, etc. are all off the scale.
Found the book on the bedside table of an esteemed friend and have put a hold on it at my local library. I will fall headfirst into it as soon as a copy becomes available.
I can't wait to find out if humanity survives its own malfeasances.
