Awesome movie that keeps you on the edge of your set. Some things aren’t accurate such as timing but factors such as family and sticking together was the drive through of the whole movie. The gritty dark feel in other words an emotional roller coaster will keep your heart beating from the moment a meteor hits( graphics are amazing). I would not recommend this to kids due to distress and fatigue(personally scarred me). One “problem”on personal note was the diversity, a wealthy white family with a big house are the protagonists (noting there were no antagonists) of the film. Personally I didn’t like the fact that of people are different ethnic were killed off( my black man was helpful 😭). On another note the dialogue was good but not great it could be really good at one point but choppy at another. Another problem with the film some of the few was the quick shots not giving the viewer enough time the read, or comprehend any one scene. Other than that the acting truly shows what I think human nature would be in this situation and I really enjoyed this movie and would most definitely recommend this to mature audiences who are fans of realistic action. Just one more word of caution please don’t go into this movie looking for everything wrong and enjoy what it does offer. Please keep in mind the the writers worked very hard on making the movie enjoyable something’s I will admit don’t make sense but please watch it with an open-mind. I hope this was helpful (SPOILER⚠️) In the scene where the planes are blown up plane fuel is not flammable. One reason subtracting my rating.
