I would've given a three but the last 30-40 minutes picked up the film's pace and the characters blossomed. It was so challenging to piece together their previous lifestyle and relationship, and very bizarre that the eccentric lottery winner could lure them to his remote, cold private island in the middle of nowhere.I found Herb polarizing and selfish. And Nell...what did she expect w/ her husband suddenly gone on a birding trip? Charles is the glue that holds the pieces & he doesn't disappoint. And thankfully Herb transforms whilst Nell pulls a 180.
