Andrea's Book Corner

I felt this movie was cheesy, overrated, and littered with loopholes. While it was entertaining and funny throughout, it wasn't empowering to men or women. It belittled men, portraying them as dumb. It opened my eyes to the negative impacts of such a male-dominated society, but then the barbies went and did the same thing back to the men. The overall plot was weak as well. In all, I enjoyed the concept and entertainment factor of this movie, but I think there was a lot more potential for this movie.
