Disney should have just made a sing a long film. This ruined and spit in the face of the whole 1st movie plot. Everyone still on the island not moving between them like planned. Dad acting like he never went beyond the reef at all. They now know all this knowledge that was repressed for a long time and acting as if they always knew and respected it. The young ship builder did not inspire my niece at all, actually made her cringe along with me. The historian inserting self into the stories that are mysteriously known by all now. The farmer... that was just racist. Ohhh she doesn't become a Princess but a Demigod! Soo much better and original!

This movie is for from worth it. Picture Don Quixote fucked up and mis understood worse than he already was. Who ever wrote the screen play has no clear idea what they were writing about. The actions of the young lady in the real world would not be tolerated, grieving or not. Right from the start she gets away with un plugging a tv while her brother plays a game... response "ohhh you HAVE to forgive her'.. Noo noo she did it to be "random" Please do not allow a young child to watch this. It will fuck up views of grief and what is accepted and not. Put them into therapy!
