I have played dark souls 1 and 3 before this and it is way better than any fromsoft games i have seen it has great boss fights a music. And there is even an easy mode! Its called the sword if night and flame use it you win. My only problem with the game is how many times they reuse the same boss but i do understand making 81 unique bosses would be hard. Very colorful and amazing open world that is truly beautiful. I never thought the game was to hard even on starscrouge radahn because it is open world you can just go back when you are more powerful and i see alot of people complaining about the aforementioned radahn boss that is a prime example it is not like darkeater midir from ds3 you can level up and come back you have like yes man once said "we have options!" But i have never experienced bugs or an unfair death but that might be because i play on xbox. Overall great game, lore, and music.
