I didnt care for the non verbal communication, I would have preferred to know what was on their mind. The looking, the gazing, the body language, so many emotions and not being able to figure out what's going on in their heads. Me as the viewer kept thinking did I miss something. Black relationships in particular already struggle expressing their love for one another. The flip side to that, makes this movie semi- realistic showing the viewer that we dont always have the answers and not everyone can express how they feel.
