2 hours is long, but I can't think of anything I would have taken out. Everything built up in just the right way. I have been a horror fan for as long as I can remember, this film made me uncomfortable in ways that I didn't know I could be uncomfortable and that is refreshing. Normal thinge and activities were presented in ways that made me feel icky, it didn't need to be gory (there is definitely also gore). The concept is horrifying (so scary), the make up effects are excellent, and the end was perfect.
