Akla Akash is a post modern take on human relationships where fundamental values in personal intimacy is fragmented, rendering all the characters stand as individuals carrying the burden of such disorientation. an IT professional surrenders to the sexual demands of the female boss in order to survive in the global economic age, leading to the breakdown of his relation with his wife who gradually learnt to stand independent as an actress with the help of her former infatuated professor with whom she shared a very passive cordial yet intimate relation. amidst all crisis, most suffered was their little daughter Disha-she too was alone in her tiny little sky. Arand it& nisha learnt that however the core relation is fragmented yet it survives through space and time when it was bulit with innate affections, compassion and love for each other, only at the expense of their daughter's life. poetic outpourings can never practically fill up the shortcomings in real life. therefore the couple stood headstrong in their 'akla akash' hoping to merge through compassion to be manifested in their 'new Disha'.
