As far as season 1, so far great! But for Texas bbq we are NOT about crickets!! When you think about bbq you go to 3 places. St Louis, Kansas City and Texas!!! Texas is about beef ribs and BRISKET! Not crickets!. Sure, crickets are great protein sources, but NOT what what you think about bbq!!!!
