Another insightful and relevant book by Afrika Mhlophe! I went into the book thinking of all the charlatans and ‘mis’-leaders that we’ve had to deal with in Christendom and came out having to confront the passion for position hidden in my own heart. The book, sharper than a two-edged sword, cuts directly into the heart of the leader; bringing to the surface every thought and intention. It forces us to (re-)examine our attitudes and motivation while pointing us towards the leadership pattern and posture of Jesus Christ.
