We live in a society where people want instant gratification ,if your one of these people this movie isn't for you!!This is only part one of a four part movie so don't expect for the whole story to be told in Part one ! There were certain things in this movie I wish I would have payed more attention to ,that I think will be big later on in the series .One thing is the part of the bible that the Scottish man reads after burying the 2 surveyors and the boy ,I think this was the Prologue of the movie . Second thing was settlers carving their names and dates in the rocks ,After looking at IMBD after the movie I realized that actor Will Patton (that was Jamie's biological father on Yellowstone) plays a settler in the wagon train heading west with his 3 daughters , he has the same name "Kittredge"as the settlers that lived in the house that got burned by the Indians.My guess it his brother or maybe a uncle ? This a long movie and requires your full attention for 3 hours
