Controllers are janky, it tries to do a lot of new gaming mechanics but feels barely smoothed out in any one particular mechanic, the aiming still feels like it’s first game that came out in the 2007, the stealth feels like garbage, you try and hide but since the button layout is the same for dodge, you just end up rolling into fire. Driving feels clunky, and there’s one type of enemy that can’t be fought melee for the sole reason the games says is cause they’re wearing a helmet, which is the dumbest lines I’ve read in the game when it happened. There’s so much dead space in the levels, especially later on that mess with the flow, but there’s just random stuff you can sometimes look at, just cause, and that’s it, no purpose to it. The which reminds me of treasures you can find that are worthless and don’t add any enjoyment to the first run of the game, but they’ve always been like that. Near the end, they try introducing new gaming mechanics to the sword boss battle as if the decision was mad last second. The most interesting part is the character interaction amongst themselves along regular gameplay.
