Excellent poignant film depicting the daily struggle of being a woman in a man's world. Excellent acting. Moving. An important film.

Interesting at times but ultimately too complicated to work. Plodding, morose, disturbing and unsatisfying. Doesn't tie together. Leaves you asking, "What was that?"

Odd. Not very interesting until the end. I fail to understand the enthusiasm this film has garnered.

Not inspiring at all. Another individual gives in. I can watch the news in Washington DC if I want to watch sell outs. Disappointing. Expecting Jesus and getting Melvin instead.

Excellent film! Delving deep into the differences between proclaiming oneself a Christian vs. actually practicing Christ's teachings. The star of the film is exceptional. The film me also understand the movement towards charismatic preachers as the traditional Catholic priest is largely reciting lines in a very tired play. I appreciate films that look at spiritual issues. They are few and far between. Outstanding film!

High expectations were not met. High anxiety film with no real pay off. Well acted. Nerve racking but empty in the end.
