This is a great show, love it not just for the clever writing but mainly the directors ability, especially in the first season it is a show of technical filmmaking skill. Yeah the fights scenes are a bit silly but they are well filmed and of course we have to buy-into the concept that a girl can get punched in the face multiple times by a guy and shrug it off. especially the black cop lady, that really disappoints how perfect her hair and makeup is and zero bruising after getting a rifle to the face...that's lame! But I like the characters and story line, if your reading this and not searching for something that you think you should be offended by in this world, give it a shot.
