This is a wonderful adaptation of Kaguya-sama! It copies the tone of the manga very well and truly brings these characters to life. My only issue is with the plot itself. For three seasons, we witness the protagonists tease and trick each other until it finally reaches a climax at the end, only to discover that wasn't the real climax.
My issues with that are mainly in the remaining 130 chapters of the manga, but I couldn't really understand why Kaguya and Shirogane both felt that a confession was necessary after what happened in the season three finale. The whole ordeal was a confession, after all. The "will they, won't they" is dragged on far too long, and when that's finally passed, the conflict is no longer clear until it's in your face.
Overall, the anime is very enjoyable. The English voice cast was nearly without flaw, and the themes were some of the most memorable I've heard! I just feel that the plot itself could have been written a little better, but this also isn't really a plot-driven story. The problem occurs when it occasionally tries to be.
