Overwatch has probably the worst matching I've ever experienced in a game. The ranks are inaccurate (everyone is lower than their actual rank) and when you get into a game it's almost immediate that you can tell who will be the cause for your loss. People who don't know how to play should not be in ranks where people actually have to know what to do to be useful as a team. Imbalanced punishment. And then there's EVERYTHING else
