I feel that this show gives depth to understanding the different kinds of love. Being a senior, these women have wonderful maturity, emotional intelligence and trust their intuition. Good understanding and companionship for the next twenty years is what it seems to be about.

This movie will haunt you for many days after seeing it. It is intense. Sarah Polley 🇨🇦 has directed this superbly in my opinion. The starkness of the images, the colourless quality of the environment, the quiet-ness and power of the dialogue, haunting traditional hymns sung for comfort, and … the shot-from-above images took my breath away = 2023 Best Adapted Screenplay at the Critics’ Choice Awards and the 2023 Independent Spirit Robert Altman Award. I was mesmerized by the acting performances of Sheila McCarthy and Judith Ivey.
