While the author is entitled to her opinion and perhaps her view is standard, the book is really just a rehash of "don't feel sorry for us, we are such strong people with strong values and a strong culture" but feel sorry for us" literature. It's not informative or useful. She overlooks some basics that would have been more well informed if she understood Rick Scott's primary role in not closing down the pill mills, the criminal organization Press Ganey and WHY on earth anyone in West Virginia votes republican?
