While this book has some good inspiration and ideas, I feel it leans into religion a little too much. It’s great to get motivation from your beliefs, but parts of the book felt disheartening; like if you don’t follow God and church fellowship, then you can’t realistically do it. My family follows many of these values and psychological ideas without subscribing to Christianity and we are not just fine but thriving. It could be helpful to any family to have this info, minus the part about it needing to be Christian based.
