Maybe certain people don't like these kind of films, but I don't regret it that I watched it. The first part is very exciting and have many spectacular scenes throughout the film. The message from the film is that love conquers all and that in life you have to do a lot of sacrifices even if you had to give up even the most thing close to your heart.
