I wasn’t sure after the first episode, but my husband and I pushed ahead. Glad we did. After all, the theme song is from Franz Ferdinand!
It’s a great take on life, both real and abstract. Loudermilk keeps saying all the things you want to say but usually don’t or shouldn’t. It is realistic and over the top all at the same time. Loudermilk points out the ridiculous—don’t expect political correctness.
The storyline is loose, but it works. Don’t expect it to flow and connect exactly. Life doesn’t. Just laugh and enjoy it for what it is.
