I brought this game last year and finally got around to starting it yesterday and I feel so stupid that I even waited this long. Out the gate it's simply refreshing and makes me hype just like I was a kid again. Miles is extremely stylish and just cool from his outfits to all of his flips, swinging, acrobatics, & even his finishers are so crisp. But that's just the surface honestly. Seeing this game dive into issues that are culturally relevant today is a great touch. Listening to so many background characters living in New York just communicating about the holidays, events going on around them, or interacting online through their social feed is, and I cannot stress this enough, so satisfying to see and hear. It just feels so spot on and REAL ya know? Seeing the representation of so many different races, cultures, and different types of people in 1 big community brings a smile to my face. Like Hailey for instance was a character that surprised me because she had an impactful moment with Miles and seeing 2 black people communicate in ASL through a game was something I never saw before. It's great stuff and I'm all for it. The game has a lot of heart and passion put into it along with an amazing amount of attention to detail in almost every frame. Please please PLEASE do yourself a favor and get this game if you can!
