I don't think it was a bad film. I think there is room for improvement. I am a Stallone fan but I think he is past it doing action movies. If you watch some of the recent Terminator films, Schwarzenegger is a lot less running and jumping and fighting like he used to be. I think David Harbour (Hopper, Stranger Things) would have been better for the role of Joe. As some others have mentioned it would have been nice to see development in Sam and Joe. Definitely worth a watch though.
