I fell like I have been left behind. I first walked as a kid to the local theatre to see the first star wars movie in 1977. This movie along with other recent ones have been underwhelming with to much story telling with dialog from characters that I don’t feel a connection with. The stories told are only what the studios want not what us viewers want to play out on screen. The CGI is good but can’t make up for battle scenes when we don’t care about whether a character lives or dies. I want to feel like the story is unfolding in space not in a cave. This movie only was entertaining because of the effort made by the main characters telling the story of a bad script.
