As a zoologist and nature lover, I was excited for the idea of this film. While it does touch on the magic of fungi in nature, it’s biology, impact, and importance in nature, it seems more of a piece of propaganda on psychedelic mushrooms. This makes up a large section of the middle of the program. This program really pushes the use of psychedelics and tries to support how natural this should be in everyday use. If you are interested in this you may enjoy the film. They are some interesting facts about fungi and other medicinal uses. The cinematography is fantastic and the early part and end of the program has some gorgeous imagery.
