Wasn’t sure about this as I’m new to the writer but took a chance as I enjoyed the blurb. I honestly couldn’t put this book down. So much depth, ups, downs, twists and turns and all couched within the writers unique choice of language. His choice of language is a mix of made up dystopian like language and classic working class northern slang. Never read anything like it before. Would recommend to anyone and everyone (over 16 of course as there is lots of colourful languages and graphic images)
