Overall, I enjoyed reading the book. It is small, engaging and easy to read. It included activities and I tried to do them whenever it was possible; it enhanced the reading and understanding of the book. I also liked it because it was interactive and self- reflective. I often found myself, comparing my experiences and daily habits to the ones mentioned in the book and found some areas that require improvement. One would definitely see a positive change in their lifestyle by inculcating these habits.
