maybe for non- readers it might be entertaining, but for readers this is pure torture. ALL and i say ALL o the backstorys were changed EVEN the main character. SEVERE mischaracterization, misogyny, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE plot holes. like? in the last scene where did dokja find that ice pill??(it wasn't even confirmed an ice pill in the novel but i assume it is because of the manwha/novel) and lack of explanation to the watchers. if you guy's haven't read orv I don't think you would understand like anything, like the illusion stone, thing. they just said that it takes you to see ur nightmares/trauma but it didn't explain how it would save dokja from literally dying???. OH and i have to say smth about dokja's character. oh my god the mischaracterization. if you put on a wig oh him i wouldn't even recognize him. WHAT THE HELL. dokja saying the ending of the novel is horrible, trying to save namwoo, saving him self and telling his friends to fight to they can survive (the green tiles thing) dokja it's afraid of dying like that bro... and the backstory of him killing his friend(not intentional ig) but like why the hell is that necessary?? dokja is literally the victim of bullying why make him the bully here? i feel like the producer isn't making a live action of orv but just using the orv name and fanbase for popularity. like there were so many unnecessary changes like for example: 1. the grass hoppers to ants?? why???? 2. yjh's hair?? if someone says that "OH but their fighting!! no way their hair can be perfect all the time 🙄🙄 be realistic!!" is is a fantasy novel bruh, like they did lee min ho so dirty bro in other drama's he's so handsome but in this film he looks meh. 3. and lee jihye's bangs??? why would you get rid of that?? DO YOU HAVE BEEF WITH BANGS OF SMTH?? are u intentionally ragebaiting us bro. 4. bhiyung labubu. and his character what. no way bhiyung would act like fhat bro 5. when picking the constellation why was there a "none of above" option😭😭😭. this kinda makes me laugh atp. 6.why did yjh's iconic line when he asked dokja if he was going to drop him or not change??? there was nothing wrong with it. if they kept it it would've made such a cool scene bro. 7. huiwon getting SA was removed?? why??? 8.WHY did they change my girl sangha's WHOLE personality??!?!?? like there was one scene where sagha cussed han mungyoh???, and this one scene where dokja was telling them about the novel and she was like " Oh! that's the hero he's so good looking 😍" girl the world is getting destroyed wdym. im actually so pissed of they changed ALL of the characters personality like, might as well make a new character bro. 9. why did yjh tell dokja to leave the child and join yjh in the safe zone. this is absolutely disgusting. and to be honest there is so much more. and overall I wanted to watch this to prove that the live action isn't that bad but omg it is so bad I can't even defend it as a reader 💔. just a note to all non readers, please try to understand our out situation rn and it's fine if you enjoyed the film just don't go around saying that the fans are "overreacting" thank you♥️. #theLAoforvdoesNOTexist
