GAME has quirks and UBISOFT makes it impossible to have a child's account for the child to play. There is no Customer service # there is a SOCALLED email..or open a new case option for my adult account but won't allow you to send it. I bought this freaking game for my children as they love to dance but now their hearts are broken because of this.. a never ending vicious cycle rabbit hole. Needs to be fixed or everyone should boycott. Period
