VERY stereotypic, rehash of former ganstah flicks, and yet somehow compelling to watch... Maybe that's because of the gently charming living legend in the lead role, and the shreds of profundity in his monologues, with a different literary reference in each episode. Nice touch.

Most excellent thriller in years! Slow burn, quick burn; twists n turn; suppositions and guesses; mortality, morality; reputation, refutation; good is bad and bad is good, and the whole is simply outstanding! Full-on entertainment! with moral (and directorial) lessons to learn! And the soundtrack, though oddly, in English, is still fab!

love everything about its content - characters, jargon, storyline, action, comedy, dubbing - except for the drawing style, but that can be forgiven.

This book is full of clichés, so dated (published in 2019 but felt more like a 1970s creation) and utterly uninspiring! And patient and psychiatrist write the same way! Author too lazy to think up separate styles for characters. Perfect grammar and syntax matched with such IMPERFECT ideation! It's definitely not worth even 1 star. Author should go learn the ways of other old and new crime writers. Even a children's whodunnit is better than this book. After reading this any reader will go scurrying back to Agatha Christie, Colin Dexter, PD James - And needlesstosay, the Great Reveal was predictable.
