Ok the show is good enough, but anachronistic. The NWMP was the forerunner of what is now RCMP. The characters act more modern than they would have when original Mounties existed. The one room school house is right for that time, the fashions are pretty well right but the characters are kind out of tune for the time. The North West Mounted Police joined up with Dominion Police in 1920 to become the RCMP
