I’ve watched Brandon McMillan on Lucky Dog for years; have it set to automatically record every Saturday. That’s how much I enjoyed watching Brandon transforming the lives of shelter dogs. The fact that adoptees were people who “needed” Brandon’s help in finding the perfectly trained companion, whether to assist a disabled person or an autistic child, is what made the program special.
The new program and hosts have none of the care and compassion that Brandon exuded. The emphasis on training for purpose is no longer there. I’ve watched 2 or 3 episodes, since it’s still set to record, but I’m not impressed and it’s highly unlikely that I will continue to watch. This is one of those situations where someone should have said IF IT AINT BROKE, DON’T FIX IT!!!
Sincerely, a former loyal viewer,
Lauraine
