Who did the research on this movie. Pronunciation of almost all of their names is so wrong, and they name one of the girls “Girl”. Mejal is a girl in low-German which is what Mennonites speak… as a mennonite, i was extremely disappointed in the severe misrepresentation. Also in Mennonite culture they do not tolerate any type of trans or homosexual people. Anyone like that is quickly shunned and disowned by everyone, they are ungodly and not worth being saved in their eyes. The trans character would have NEVER made it. There is so much corruption that you missed, so much pain you didn’t even bring awareness to. To anyone in the outside world who has no idea what the mennonite culture actually is I suggest you educate yourself. Afterwards you may find this movie laughable like I did. So inaccurate Do better
