I thoroughly enjoyed this movie! It was different. I was on the edge of my seat until the very end. The last 5 minutes were a bit like "yeah right..." (the bicycle and "let her go"), but other than that I've got no complaints. Many said that the operation was unrealistic. I don't think so. So many people involved, there's bound to be someone flapping their jaws or not paying attention. Also most people won't expect the unsub to stroll around right by their coffee maker, especially when he was supposed to be unaware in the first place and employees were vetted. Many don't know, it was based on a true story as well. 4 out of 5 for the strange last 5-10 minutes, some plot holes (especially his childhood/mom, motive, the unnecessary side story about his daughters friends, though it wasn't important to the story I suppose) and the music wasn't my personal cup-o-tea (AND there was A LOT of singing).
