I like Steve Hilton very much. In reference to his reparations for Black America, I can see his point, and I do think we could do more, like asking for affirmative action by private American institutions. One of the African American (A-M) ladies said she just wanted government out of her life. However she, or another A-M lady, said she wanted the government to do more, with policies directed specifically toward the A-M community. I don't see how you can have both. The government always controls those to whom it gives special consideration, as in their control of colleges receiving federal student loan money. So, let's have a reparations movement without it being a matter of Law. Let the focus be on persuasion not force.
