I watch every morning, and have noticed that Joe Scarborough frequently "introduces" guests by "pre-summarizing" what they are going to say at great length, ending with an almost-explicit "don't you agree?" This tendency was on particular display this morning.
This is a very bad habit - it casts a shadow over the expert guests' credibility before they even get a chance to open their mouths.
